The Pinot Gris (89% of the blend) comes from Kersbrook in the Adelaide Hills and contributes vibrant pear and nectarine fruit aromas and flavours as well as a soft, round palate. The Riesling (11%) is from the Clare Valley contributes subtle citrus notes to the aroma along with zesty acidity on the palate. Enjoy with summer salads, a wide range of seafood and shellfish.
