WICKS ESTATE
Wicks Estate is a family-owned winery rooted in over a century of agricultural history in the Adelaide Hills. Brothers Tim and Simon Wicks trace their connection to the land back to 1918, when their great-grandfather established family orchards and nurseries in the region. In 1999, they made the leap into wine, purchasing a 54-hectare property at Woodside and planting it to cool-climate varieties across its gently undulating slopes. Estate-grown, estate-made, and led today by head winemaker Adam Carnaby, Wicks Estate is built on a shared belief in dedication to excellence.

TURON
Turon Wines is a family-run winery located in the Lenswood subregion of the Adelaide Hills. Known for their commitment to minimal intervention and sustainable practices, Turon produces vegan-friendly wines that showcase the natural character of their terroir.
With a custom-built small-batch winery, Turon is focused on crafting elegant, complex wines that reflect the best of the cool-climate region. The vineyard is currently being developed with biodynamic and organic principles, ensuring their wines are as environmentally conscious as they are enjoyable.
SILVER LINING
Silver Lining Wines, led by second-generation vigneron Marty Edwards, is built on a foundation of experience, passion, and discipline. Located in the Adelaide Hills, Marty’s dedication to growing pristine grapes and crafting world-class wines stems from over 20 years of expertise.
His commitment is deeply influenced by his previous career as an elite Navy Clearance Diver, where discipline and focus were essential. Despite being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2012, Marty continues to approach winemaking with resilience, producing exceptional wines that reflect his unwavering passion and skill.
