Our house whisky, made with Coopers Pale Ale malt and brewers yeast, fermented with pure Adelaide Hills spring water and aged in lightly charred ex-Bourbon barrels. Elegant, grain-forward and quietly complex, it’s designed to be sipped slowly, with or without a dash of our natural spring water.
