A blend of two grape varieties, from two subregions. The main component (96%) is Nero d’Avola from Kersbrook (Adelaide Hills). This fruit provides juicy, vibrant black cherry and red plum flavours with a floral lift dominated by violets and Mediterranean herbs. To this, Pinot Noir from Kuitpo (Adelaide Hills) has been blended, contributing to the vibrant structure of this wine. Drink slightly chilled with summer barbecues, pasta dishes and a wide range of seafoods.
