Textural, Fresh & Floral. Varietal explosions of tropical pineapple, honeydew and pear leap out the glass, followed by subtle lees derived notes of almond, hay and elderflower. This Italian variety, native to the hills of Campania in Southern Italy is well suited to the extreme ends of the Adelaide Hills, from which we source our fruit. The higher altitude of these vineyards allows for slow, even ripening, retaining natural acidity, and vibrant fruit flavours. The texture and fresh acid profile of this wine allows it to stand up to bold flavours such as salmon or crab pasta.
