Heady pineapple, passionfruit and ripe peaches are underpinned by delicate characters of brioche and cashew nuts derived from lees stirring. Texture and weight are balanced by fresh varietal acid. Reach for this wine as you would a Chardonnay. Try homemade pasta with a cream based sauce, fresh asparagus, and plenty of parmesan.
