Hosted in collaboration with Jake Leske of Queens Cut Honey, this unique experience invites guests to meet in the field and explore the life of an apiarist, discovering the intricate relationship between bees, their environment, and the rich flavors they create.
Following the masterclass, settle in for a long lunch under the trees beside the dam, where each dish will highlight the depth and complexity of honey at different stages of its life. From honeycomb straight from the hive to the deep, savory notes of fermented honey steeped with garlic and more.
