This June, join us at Ondeen for a one-night-only celebration of winter’s most coveted ingredient, in collaboration with Quercus Truffles.

Your evening begins with a truffle martini on arrival and an introduction to the Quercus truffle dog, before settling in fireside for seven courses by Chef Kane Pollard — each dish thoughtfully crafted to showcase the depth and aroma of freshly foraged Piccadilly truffles.

Every course will be paired with a curated mix of rare and exceptional wines from across the Adelaide Hills — including special vintages, small-batch producers, and limited releases you won’t easily find again.

Two legends come together – Ondeen Culinary Director and Chef Kane Pollard and the Jericho Family join together to warm you up with an exclusive Winter Red’s dinner.

We will light all seven of our fireplaces in our historic Homestead; the kitchen will be heated by the open grill; local, seasonal spices and foraged ingredients will gently warm your palate.

The Jericho Family will ignite the senses, sharing special red bottles from their museum. It will be an evening during which old vintage wines will be paired with innovative menus and a delicious variety of flavours.
